HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk
- Go to ARMUS HCAT Support ZenDesk to create a HelpDesk ticket, access training and other helpful info.
- If you are having difficulty accessing ZenDesk or have not heard from the support team in a few hours, please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com or call-800-942-7687.
- DO NOT inlcude any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) even if encrypted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION to know when Logging in
- Please be sure to use the following URL when logging into Hybrid: https://accounts.armus.com/secure/
- You may need to clear your cache to clear the Maintenance Banner following a release. Steps are explained here.
- Note that the code request to "Authorize your Device" for Multi-factor authentication may go to your Spam folder.
