IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- Health Catalyst will be observing the New Year's Holiday Thursday, January 1st - Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Our Support team will respond to your ZednDesk or phone messages when we return on Monday, January 5th.
- With the December 15th release, a new "Blocking" validation type was introduced . This new type will only be utilized by the Thoracic 5.26 version but will be visible on the validation panel for all registries. A user brief can be found here: ARMUS Hybrid: Blocker Validation User Brief.
- The Thoracic Version 5.26 was deployed December 18th. The default version remains 5.21. In January 2026, we will be changing the default version to be 5.26. If you need to enter 5.26 cases while the default version is still 5.21 you will be able to change the version in the application. - The New Adult Cardiac Procedure and Risk Type fields and API structure, which will connect to the STS to calculate individual record procedure types and risk, was also deployed December 18th. We are currently working to finish connecting the API and expect to have the connection completed the week of January 5th. For instructions on how the API can calculate your Procedures (including the new 9 and 10) and Risk go to the user brief: ARMUS Hybrid STS Adult Procedure Type and Risk API User Brief Additionally, please sign up for our January Lunchtime Webinar noted at the bottom of this message board for a review of the API. Please note that your old Procedure Type fields still continue to function.
HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk
- Go to ARMUS HCAT Support ZenDesk to create a HelpDesk ticket, access training and other helpful info.
- If you are having difficulty accessing ZenDesk please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
- DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted.
- If you receive no reply from our support team within a few hours, please contact us via phone 1-800-942-7687.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION to know when Logging in
- Please be sure to use the following URL when logging into Hybrid: https://accounts.armus.com/secure/
- You may need to clear your cache to clear the Maintenance Banner following a release. Steps are explained here.
- Note that the code request to "Authorize your Device" for Multi-factor authentication may go to your Spam folder.
