IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Go to ARMUS HCAT Support ZenDesk to create a HelpDesk ticket, access training and other helpful info. If you have difficulty accessing help please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com  or call-800-942-7687.
• DO NOT inlcude any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) even if encrypted.
• You may need to clear your cache to clear the Maintenance Banner following a release. Steps are explained here.
• Note that the code request to "Authorize your Device" for Multi-factor authentication may go to your Spam folder.
